Hire terms and conditions
- All machinery must be pre-booked.
- New hirers must show their driving licence and one other proof of identity showing a corresponding address. The name on the card must match the ID.
- Existing hirers: once the above information is on our database we will keep this information on our records for one year, and we will ask you annually to ensure our records are still correct.
- It is up to the hirer to check they have the correct entitlement on their driving licence (must be a UK one) to ensure they are legal to tow the trailer they are hiring.
- Daily hire is taken from 8.30 am to 8.30 am the following day, unless agreed otherwise.
- Any machinery need to be needs to be insured by the hirer.
- The hire fee must be paid in advance by credit or debit card, a holding deposit will be placed on the card, £250 small trailers and £500 large trailers and tractors.
- All machinery needs to be returned clean or a cleaning charge of £250 will be added.
- Any damage will be chargeable.
- All machinery needs to stay within in UK.
